Been in this house for way too long.
When the sun comes up, the curtains shut.
The sun goes down, ceiling's low.
Pace the floor just to be sure the rooms as small as before.
Where there's a will, there's a won't and it'd be so much
easier if I wasn't half the problem.
I'd be in better shape if I just stayed awake,
but if I'm staying awake, I'm making more mistakes.
Forgetting what I said, wondering what I meant
and losing thoughts in the process of catching up.
When plan A fails, then I've got
all the way til Z before I can give up.
I know all my talks been cheap.
I know every words been cheap.
I know my talks been cheap but I hope that you'll still spend
some of yours on me.
Tell me I haven't wasted all your time with these
wasted nights.
Sometimes I can't tell if I want
to be you, help you, or just watch.
